how do i make a shirt for presidential election day spirit week?

i was gonna have a picture of obama on the front, with the words "dude, where's the hope?" on the back.
i think i need like iron on stickers or something for the letters, but how do i get the picture on the front?
its gonna be a white shirt.

and i really need help on what to do, so please dont make any comments about who im putting on my shirt. thanks(:
