How do I make a mathematical scale drawing of my dining room?

Okay, my math teacher wants us to make a scale drawing of a room. I measured 98 in X 132 in in my dining room but I'm REALLY confused on how to make the scale. I know you have to make a proportion.. but, sorry, I usually get this stuff, but I can't think right now.
Something like this...?

98 in / 132 in = ? / ?

And then I have to compare it with the normal paper size, 8.5 in X 11 in...?
