how do i make a horizontal photo vertical? more info inside..?

me and my friend are doing our senior ad pages "bff page"
and we need 3 horizontal photos and 3 vertical.
we have 4 horizontal and 2 vertical.

i'm about to go to walmart to copy the original photos,
so how can i turn the horizontal photo vertical?

do you think if i ask the person there, they'll know how to do it?
