What are the best ways (kits/engines/mods) to get the most speed out a ruckus? I'm looking for upgrades on the lower end of the price spectrum, so what are some good deals for the money? Basically I want to be able to drive up hills (even if that means giving it all shes got and going relatively slow) in a 30-45 mph zone. One last thing, what is the "hill-climbing ability" of a normal ruckus with no upgrades? Thanks.
