J JA12 Guest Feb 26, 2009 #2 To create a Flash "movie" you need to purchase Flash. To achieve what you need you can use CSS, HTML and Javascript. If you want a working example, then IM me.

G Grin Reeper Guest Feb 26, 2009 #3 i use swish max its very easy. I think you need some type of flash editor to write in flash.
