how do i make a complain to the board of yahoo questions?

id like to complain about the insulting and down right vulgar email that i recieved from louise which is on level 6 she is going by the name of 30 weeks pregnant with a boy. but obviously she is only agirl herself if she cant see that not everyone have perfect pregnancies like hers. i want to complain big time not just a little a huge bit as no one needs to be belittle via email or other for that matter. oh and i want to forward my email to the board so they can see what she wrote me thankyou
 
you can go to yahoo products and send them the e-mail in it's entirety to them to see if it goes against the YAhoo terms of service or TOS, I suggest you read it first, bad taste and lousy opinions are not considered violations however if you were threatened then that's different. You need to grow a thicker skin this place has some nasty people on it like anywhere else.
