How do I make a border with text in Microsoft Word 2008?

I'm trying to border the whole page, but I want the border to be text. Essentially, I want to outline the page with a text quote. Is there any possible way to do this and if so how?


I have tried saving text boxes as pictures and inserting them back into the document, but I cannot get the text boxes to move to the edges of the page.

Please help! Thanks :)
