so were having a mothers day surprise party,and me and my 11 year old sister are decorating everything, and we dont know how to make the arch with the pvc pipe(like do we have to bend it and how we do it, what stuff to get and w.e so were not using it), and we cant find any helium tanks that we can afford..so we need something that will support the balloons, so what will work?
how do i make a balloon arch without helium or pvc pipe?
