I had this awesome hallucination during hypnogogia (look it up its not a drug 
)a few nights ago and I want to make that into a video game or ipod touch app. I made a model in Sketchup once so i have a bit of experience there and i also do some programming for my robotics team though i'm not a skilled programmer yet. What software, instruction, hardware do I need to create a 3d aviation combat based video game or ipod app. If it doesn't work out, i was planning to send my idea to konami or EA games to have them produce it. Should i patent the idea before i send it to them or should i do this myself?
