How do i lower the idle on my honda hrc216 mower?

If i put the throttle lever in full throttle and turtle ( low speed) it is still loud i want it to be a little quieter and lower idle because it is to much at the turtle

Do i need to adjust the carburetor idle screw?
I want the engine to idle smoothly while i let go of the blade control lever and let the engine idle while i empty the grass bag
