Okay I've googled this out and I know there are tons of sites which enable me to 'get abs quickly'. But I've heard that the best results come from regular and sustained efforts over a long period. Moreover I live in an area where access to a gym is near to impossible. So bottom line:
I'm a 15 year old average male teenager who seeks a method (or rather a regular work out routine) to lose his belly fat and acquire six pack abs. This method need not aim at acquiring the results at a faster rate. AND FINALLY IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE ROUTINE MUST BE SUITED FOR HOME (the venue)
If any of you are so kind as to give some advice or, better yet, suggest a few links which help me out in the current situation, it would be greatly appreciated. AND PLEASE DO KEEP IN MIND THAT I NEED THE COMPLETE WORKOUT.
