how do i look at a desktop through my laptop( all computer shares the same network)?

my son recently has been doing some "secret stuff" on the net and i think its illegal so need help to check on him to see wut hes doin. i need to look at what hes doing on his desktop but i dont want him to be upset about me being curious or somethin. Is there any way that i could watch what hes doing on the net through my laptop? Plz walk me through! this is really serious so plz dont make fun of me
 
are you serious? if it's your kid and he's keeping secrets either take his computer away or just barge in there.

you can't see much from your laptop to his computer

if you go to his computer, open "my computer" right click the harddrive and tell 'em to share you could see everything on his computer from yours, but he would notice anyway
