How Do I Lock Pictures On A Samsung Reality?

So, I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Reality. It takes amazing pictures, but I can't lock the pictures onto my phone to keep them forever. If I want to delete all my photos, then I loose the ones I want to keep because I don't want to get rid of the one by one.

Also, is there any way to get a smaller vision of all my pictures, instead of having to click through them one by one to find the one I need?
