how do i locate the timing belt on my 1999 honda accord sedan?

the 4-cyl. engine has a clicking-like noise when idling. the seller of this car says the timing belt was replaced, but i'd like to know for sure.
 
so just take the engine halfway apart and u can see it for yourself!

:D Its pretty deep inside behind and underneath a lot of metal. Dont forget your engine hoist, floor jack, and tools! You are DEFINITELY gonna need those.....shop manual wouldnt be a bad idea either.
