How do I load a PSP ISO game into a PSP?

Ok I honestly have the games physically so I am not doing anything illegal (I hope). I downloaded some PSP games and want to load it to my memory stick to play them. The reason why I want to do this cause I can only carry 2 UMD discs i already have a games in the pockets so I want to load them into my PSP instead of deciding what game to carry. I have the newest PSP 3000 with the latest firmware to this day (10/19/09). I just want to know how do you do it and how to do it (if possible) without hacking my PSP.
 
first off, you cannot do this without custom firmware. If you don't know what that is, then you don't have it.

If you do have it, then you copy&paste/drag&drop the iso file into the ISO folder.
