how do i listen to recorded sounds from w810i?

can you tell me how to navigate through my phone to listen to recorded sounds on my w810i?

Dude I'm not trying to be rude, but can't you do this stuff on your own? You first asked on how to use the sound recorder, then this?
 
i looked in the booklet and it says go to FILE MANAGER then to SOUNDS
i went to FILE MANAGER and the word sounds is not there to click on. i scrolled up and down and nothing is there.
