How do I link my Xbox :Live ID with Windows Live on the HTC HD7?

I pressed Xbox LIVE, and then I clicked join Xbox live to play with friends. Then it says, "Oops! You need to set up your accounts from a computer. To join Xbox live, sign in to Xbox.com with your Windows live ID. To purchase from marketplace, set up an account by signing into the Zune software with your Windows Live ID."

I did all this but the Zune software.

I have an Xbox live account and a Windows Live.

Idk what to do.
