How do I let my eyebrows grow out without them looking weird? I plucked too much...?

I plucked my eyebrows too much and it kind of looks weird. Its towards like the front of the eyebrows, you know, by the middle, but not in the middle just sort of like at your eye. If that makes sense. Anyways, now that their growing it kind of looks like just a stubble, kind of like I shaved it. I have bangs so its not that noticeable, but is there anything else I can do?
 
I would suggest getting an eyebrow powder and filling them in wherever you can. I find that powder tends to look the most natural.
 
buy some eyebrow filler makeup. You can get some at any drugstore. If you do it properly, it will fill in the missing chunks and you wont even be able to tell
