I know it should come naturally with practice.But are there any tips that could help me while I practice, like chosing to draw easy things first or just trying to draw hard things over and over again until perfection?
And how is "drawing" different from sketching?
ANd why do some artists grab their pencil differently, like you hold a flower? Should I do the same?

By holding a pencil like a flower I mean, holding the pencil normally, but with the tip pointing up, and applying the tip onto the paper in that way.
