Whenever I go to a party and there's dancing I always avoid the dance floor at all costs. I'm always afraid that I'm embarrassing myself because I'm such a bad dancer. Nobody ever really taught me how to dance at parties so I just jump up and down like an idiot. Sometimes when I listen to music I picture myself doing all these really cool dance moves and they look really cool in my head but whenever I try and transfer them to the dance floor it looks like I'm drowning in air. What can I do to learn how to dance better?
PS This is social dancing, not grinding on guys. (although, it would be nice if someone could tell me about the sexier dance moves)
