I got a 10 gallon fish tank about 3 weeks ago. I added 4 tetras to the tank 24 hours after it had been running to start the cycling process. Everything seemed to be going fine and then i noticed that the ammonia levels were rising. I know that this is supposed to happen but one of the fishies just died and the ammonia levels are really high and I am worried that something is wrong. We have done a 15% water change twice so far and I dont really know what else to do but be patient. I need to know if there is more I should be doing for the tank or to just be patient and wait for the levels to go back down. How often should we do a water change. Any help would be appreciated!
