It has white dots on it.. but it just had babies a couple weeks ago and the pet store thinks that she is going t ohave more.. but i think she has ick.. what do i do?
if the white dots are varied in size and look like cotton bits, then it is probably ick. there is medicine you can buy, just a tablet you add to the water, but be carefull, some meds are bad for babies and you've got to separate them from the icky water.
