How do i know if i have adobe flash player?

My comp got messed up, so i had to use a recovery disc with the original factory settings. Now i keep getting a "an error occured, please try again later"message from trying to watch youtube videos. on all the other computers in my house, youtube works fine. i have a feeling i need to download adobe flash player, but i have to make sure i dont have it. clearing history, cookies, etc didnt work for the youtube videos.
 
Go into your control planel and click on "add/remove programs" or "programs and features". If you do have Adobe Flash Player it will show up in this list.
