okay well im 17 and sense i was like 10 ish i get stuffy noses everyday even if im not sick its bad i cant sleep or breathe right and its so fustrating i want to know if there is like something wrong or something that might be casuing all this i need to get figured out my nose is plugged 24/7 and it never gos away i try medicanes eating spicy foods vicks eating better im lost i need to know so if any of you have the same thing going on or might no please answer thanks!
how do i know if i have a serious nose problem? and should i see a doctor?
