I have been in a custody battle for nearly two years. I have gone before three judges altogether and it has caused a lot of confusion and problems for ME. The "main" judge in my case finally has begun to understand (to some degree) that particulars of my case having FINALLY taken the time to read my rather voluminous case file.
It is my belief that he is now attempting to be fair and I have worked hard just to get my case to this point. And now he is transfering out!
His replacement will not know anything about my case and I expect the same misinformed biased rulings that I have dealt with before from the other judges.
Is there a way I can have my case specifically go before the "main" judge in my case? He is only transferring to another city in the same county another fifteen minutes away. If I can't I fear my case will suffer continued mishandling without his stated efforts to "clean it up."
