I have a baby corn snake and it is way to hot in it's tank. I don't know how to cool it down. Our house is way to hot and my dad refuses to turn on the ac so i don't know how to cool it down. I took the heating pad out from the bottom so that doesn't make it any hotter. I have raised the light up and occasionaly i will shut it off to help cool it down in there, but it still stays too hot. I think what it's supposed to e at is 85 on the hot end and 70 on the cool end. Right now for this tank it's like 83 or so on the cool end and like 90 on the hot end and i don't know how to cool it down. Please help.
