I want to take sliced apples in for lunch but I'm afraid of them getting brown. I will keep them in the refrigerator but is there anyway I can keep them fresh and prevent them from turning brown without compromising the taste?
The reason I would prefer to take sliced apples rather than a whole apple is because if I want a snack it's easier to grab a couple slices and eat rather than having to eat a whole apple and have to waste it if I have to deal with a customer.
