How do I keep myself from feeling like throwing up in a sprint?

I WANT TO MAKE SECTIONALS IN THE 100 BACKSTROKE.

I'm close enough that I could make it on taper week... but I always feel like I'm going to throw up, then I slow down cause I'm afraid to do it. Well it's a mix of that and killer lactic acid.


How can I prevent myself from feeling like this? Ik there's really nothing I can do about the lactic acid.
