I am trying to install Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for Vista 32 bit but my computer at work has admin requirements. How do I install the software anyway?
I have tried to direct the download to write in "My Documents" and have looked at a .zip file.
I can seem to get it to install to "My Documents" because it does its own thing.
Many of the websites I can find the .zip or .rar files require a fee. I would prefer not to pay anything.
