how do i install themes onto my nokia n95? please read and help?

i connect my n95 with the data cable to my laptop and transfer some themes i downloaded onto my phone. but i saved them into Documents file. so when i find that file in my file mngr in my phone and try to install it. it says installed but the theme is still the same. it doesnt work. can someone help please? thanks
