How do I install my library of home-made logos etc. onto a new windows XP...

...computer with its own EUDC.TTE file? My library (file) of logos etc. has been stalled in a flash drive (in files named EUDC.TTE and EUDC.EUF). And I have previously introduced these 2 files, successfully, into other computers too! However, this time I am asked to delete firstly the so-called existing EUDC.TTE file which is stubbornly hidden and, hence, I do not even know how to delete it (or re-name it), let alone install eventually my library of logos.
