How do i install an aftermarket stereo in my 1998 ford expedition xlt?

i have a 98 expedition and i want to replace the stock radio with an after market one, but i don't want to cut any of the wires in case of a sell later on. i have a JVC kd-g230 head unit. i was wondering if there is something i could buy so i don't have to cut the factory wires for this set up will work?
