how do i initiate bidding for my bike?

I posted a bike on CL and it's pretty nice, i have had a lot of inquiries but I have two separate people that have said they will come get it and pay the 280 for it no questions asked. I know I could probably get more for the bike, how should I initiate a bidding between the two people without scaring them off or making me into a dirty rat? is it fair to do this? help quick!
 
Tell each party that there is someone else interested and you will sell it to the highest bidder. You could also remove the add and post it later at a higher price and state that amount or highest offer.
