My football coach has told me I am only able to make the team if I increase my sprint speed..
It is really important to me that I make this team so help would be much appreciated.
What muscles and/or exercises will help me get faster?
I go to the gym every second day but I'm not sure what I need to do.
I have;
average to strong chest
strong arms
average to strong abs
average quads
average to weak calfs
weak hamstrings..
