B brad s New member Feb 16, 2011 #1 My first track meet is in one month.I do the 100m and 4x1. I wanna increase my 100m time by at least .1-1 seconds. People also say my start acceleration is really slow. Without block my 100m is 13.3s With block:12.1s Anyway to help with that too?
