How do I improve my max number of sit ups for the Army physical fitness test? 10

points for best answer? I am still a sophomore in high school, but I wanted to get started early. I can do push up and the running part well(I play soccer so I have to be good at running) but I have a real problem with sit-ups. I can perform an endless amount of them, yet can't do enough in the 2 minute time limit. what can i do to get better. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME DO MORE SIT-UPS! really? no shit i have to do more sit-ups to do sit-ups. just tell me the exercise, length of set, how many repetitions and any other good stuff (:

and no, I do not posses a gym, weights, or other things. I do not have a gym membership, and i am financially unable to get one. nor can i purchase a medicine ball weights or any of that other fancy equipment.
