Everyday I do standard stretches (10 sec.)
I do butterfly stretches (10 sec.)
Push ups on my fists (10 sec.)
Sit-ups (30 sec.)
Leg ups (10 sec.)
Then I usually finish up with a two mile bike ride. I do these everyday. Is this workout insufficient ? If so what improvements should I make ?
