How do I import songs from Windows Media Player to my PSP??

I have a PSP and i download my songs from aimini.net the songs play by itself on wmm and i save the song. now how do i import it straight to my psp? i have a usb cable so just tell me only how to import it to psp! THX!
Today is my birthday too so give me a very good answer! XD
