How do I import my daughter's ipod to my itunes account and into my iphone?

I got an iphone so I want to copy some of her songs into my iphone and start using the same (mine) itunes account. It wants to clear out her ipod in order to use my itunes account but I don't want to lose her songs. She doesn't remember her itunes account name or p/w, and it's on an old laptop that doesn't work anymore.
