How do I import a Harley Davidson Motorcycle into Spain?

My research has found there may be a 6% Duty fee and a 18% VAT fee. Are there any other fees such as conversion fees? (government required fees that can only be done by a registered importer to convert the motorcycle to European / Spanish specifications). Also, how much would it cost to register and title the motorcycle? Any help would be appreciated!
