How do I hide status updates from family members on facebook?

I don't want my aunts to see my status updates on facebook, is there a way for me to hide/make them invisible for them? My aunts tell everything to my mother... and rather than deleting them, I just want to hide my status updates from them... help?

the only ways for them not to see what you post on facebook is to not post, or block them from your page
