How do I heal a cut on the rim of my nostril?

I've recently got a cut on the rim of my nostril. I'm going to assume it's from the cold weather (I'm from Michigan) and the lack of nose coverage from the wind that I've got this annoying cut. Neosporin doesn't help, in fact it burns. I am just wondering what I can put on it to help heal it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
