how do i have sex in the missionary position?

i've only had sex once and when tryed to do the missionary position i didn't really know how to postion myself on the bed or pump my u know what in her u know what. i know this is a nasty question but i really do need an answer i don't want what happened that time to happan next time i have sex. please help
