I'm not sure how to explain it, I usually buy my clothes from express. But anywhere I get my clothes they always feel so soft, however once I wash them even once they feel very starchy and just stiffer and just odd. I was wondering if anyone knows what to do to have my clothes feel as they were when I first bought them. I've been thinking about fabric softener but what does that do exactly and is there anything else? I always wash in cold water
