How do i go into work and not look defeated, affected or upset by my female boss who...

...is out to get me? She hates me. she talks crap about me to everyone....she talks to me like crap...she picks on my uniform worse than everyone else and people have facial piercings...she leaves messes for me...shes always comparing me to other hosts from other restaurants...she knows ive been there four yrs. she schedules meetings for shift leads (me included) after my shift ends when she knows i have another job to go to...since ive been there ive earned alot of tough responsibility and i enjoy it...she feels i should have power like that and stripped everything from me...i cried to a coworker on friday im broken and upset cause i cant quit cause i need the money but i need help to not let this woman defeat me or upset me i want to be able to not let it bother me please help
