How do i go about starting my own lacrosse sump camp/clinic type thing?

I coach youth girls lax in marietta, GA. I am teacher with the summers off. My players parent are always asking about summer camps... They are very expensive. Why not start my own little clinic? How would i go about beginning to do this? legally? fields? business license?
