How do I go about selling my old car?

I just purchased a new/used car and I am kind of at a loss as to how to go about selling my old one. I'm planning on selling it to my step-sister for a low price we've already agreed on because it will be her first car and it's not the best car in the world. I've already gone over all of the problems with her and her mother, and they are okay with everything. I know I'll need to transfer the title to her and I don't know how to do that or who to ask. We're planning on putting everything in writing because I've seen far too many episodes of Judge Judy based around friends selling their friends lemons. The car isn't a lemon, but the mechanic says it won't last more than a year or two without a new transmission. Is there anything else I need to consider here? It's my first time selling a car.
