my partner left the army 2 years ago.. where he left all his belongings in germany i.e medals from iraq, clothes, electrical items and various other stuff he has been trying for the past 2 years to get his belongings back and hasn't succeeded. he received a phone call this morning saying that they have lost his stuff.. how do we go about making a complaint about this matter as i think it is totally unacceptable.. please help
