pretty much ANY bike will do a wheelie. A little dirtbike is a great one to learn on. Start off by doing "power" wheelies. This means, in first gear, get rolling then open the throttle while you pull on the handlebars. Your bike should have enough power to do this. After you get the hang of pulling the front wheel up that way, try slipping the clutch. This is done by getting rolling in first gear, pulling the clutch in, shifting into 2nd, then hammering the gas as you pop the clutch back out.
It'll take some practice, but you can learn, and as I said, there's nothing better to practice on than a little dirtbike.
