The 64 is my deceased husbands car and hasn't run since his death. The 65 is my car we were working to restore so we could show with our car club,at the time was Sonoma County Cruising Association. It has been a lifelong dream to be able to restore these cars.

Usually people in car clubs or people into cars in general will come together for a common goal. All one has to do is ask. I would check with you car club to see if there are members who would be willing to help in a project like yours.

Have a good one,

Bill

You need to look overhaulin' on the web. They are on the learning channel. They love to restore classic American cars. It could be a good tribute to your husband plus getting many hundreds of thousands worth of labor and materials. They have a team of proffesionals tear apartr the car top to bottom and restore it, and the shows host Chip Foose does his own special modifications to set it apart and make it special.
